Johnny B. Fears

President - Company Operations

Johnny is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and earned a B.M. in Music. Johnny served as a band director for Tupelo Public Schools from 1988-1998.  

Johnny's interests include drums and percussion, NASCAR, Genealogy, and music. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for BINaRE and is the past president for the Northeast Mississippi Netware User’s Group.

Isaiah Edger

Technical Services Manager

Isaiah has 9 years of experience in troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware related problems. Isaiah is both CompTIA A+ certified and Network+ certified. He is able to evaulate situations based on the needs of the individual and determine a practical and cost-effective solution. He knows the field of customer service well, and it is his goal to communicate to each customer in a proper and timely way.

Kristi Palmer

Office Manager

Kristi has lived in Tupelo for over 30 years, and has over twelve years of experience in warranty recovery and clerical fields. Her hobbies are camping, boating, swimming, softball, crafts (candle-making), and she has an eight year old daughter named Emily.

Chase Michael

Technical Services

Chase has built and repaired home computers since early high school, and is graduating this semester at the Itawamba Community College with two degrees: Associates of Applied Science, Computer Programming Technology and Local Area Networking. Chase is A+ certified and has has studied a little bit of everything in the IT field, though repair has always been his strong point. Chase enjoys singing, playing the guitar, reading books, and playing video games

Michael Smith

Web Director, Graphic Design, Video Production, Technical Services

Michael has been building web pages for over a decade, integrating improvements in functionality and infrastructure as they develop. Using CGI, PHP, MySQL, and other Open Source Software with a focus on short load times, simplicity, and functionality.

Michael enjoys video, audio, and image editing/manipulation, programming, building useful/useless devices based on the arduino platform, and tinkering with electronic devices.

Michael supports 9 Lives Cat Rescue in various ways, including providing hosting, site development, and support, while his girlfriend maintains, updates, and writes content for the site. They have three rescued cats and one bamboo plant.
