Shipping
All orders must be placed by 11:00 AM CST to ship out the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST will ship out on the next day of business. No Saturday deliveries available. Orders purchased on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed or shipped until the following Monday.
International Shipping
We serve customers in Canada and Mexico, in addition to those in the United States. However, not all products are available for sale or shipping outside of the USA, so please read the product descriptions carefully.
Returns
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return via U.P.S. within 7 days of receipt for a refund, credit memo, or exchange, less shipping & handling fees.
No returns can be accepted for opened consumables or opened software.
